This past couple years or so have been intensely challenging for all of us on many levels especially concerning our health and well-being. Some of us sadly, have lost someone we love dearly or have suffered with them as they fight to heal from physical issues due to the “so-called” pandemic.
These are crazy times and very confusing for many people. Some of the questions on people’s minds have been:

IMMUNE SYSTEM BASICS
The body is a holistic, complex system. Keeping your body healthy and in balance is always the best way to live—especially during a pandemic or flu outbreak because it gives you the very best chance of staying healthy and protected. Always being in your greatest state of overall immune strength is definitely where you want to be.
Regardless of what virus we are being challenged by, eg., Covid 19, its variants or whatever, it’s still just a virus and humans have successfully dealt with these virus things since the beginning of time. Yes, sometimes they seem like they’re winning but in the end, the human immune system always and I mean always wins.
IT’S CALLED NATURAL IMMUNITY AND IT PROVES OVER AND OVER TO BE THE ABSOLUTE BEST BODY PROTECTION AGAINST VIRAL ATTACKS. AND YES, BETTER THAN VACCINES.
Each person is responsible for their own body of course and even if Covid was not an issue, our bodies still have to protect us from all kinds of wild stuff out there that are out to do us harm. This has always been the case for us humans – always. It’s nothing new.
Truth is – we are all being attacked every day of our lives whether from outside of us or inside. If it wasn’t for our amazing natural immunity – we would not last a day here on earth.

But we must do what’s necessary to help our bodies be like bulletproof tanks. That’s our responsibility to our own life and it should be a welcomed daily commitment — no excuses.
