The Native Americans have a deep connection with Mother Nature and a profound understanding of life unlike any other culture. Long before “going green” became popular or the Dali Lama published books, these beautiful, wise beings lived in peace and harmony with the earth, with the enlightened understanding that life is short and precious, and all that exists is one consciousness, in essence.
Despite the cruel injustice that they endured at the hands of ignorant, unconscious fools, their ancient wisdom lives on. Enjoy these Native American proverbs.
